Behind the scenes at NEMS, we have a team of administrative and managerial staff who aim to secure the resources required to ensure NEMS is able to provide high quality care in a suitably equipped environment. This team oversees the day-to-day running of NEMS and take forward work to develop NEMS service portfolio.

NEMS carsThe Management Team supports NEMS Board and sub-committee structure, through which the organization ensures that it provides high quality, effective, clinical care to patients. The sub committees cover:

  • Clinical Governance
  • Personnel and Training
  • Finance
  • Operational Services, Health & Safety

The sub-committees meet on a regular basis and report back to the monthly board meeting. All members are expected to progress work in between meetings.
